All content and design work is aligned with your chosen plan’s hours and content limits, ensuring your website is professional, engaging, and ready to go.

Your SitePM site and all of its content are hosted exclusively on SitePM's servers, and usually cannot be hosted elsewhere. But if you are looking for any custom development, we can do it and host it on our custom hosting servers. Please check with SitePM sales representative for more details on custom development and hosting.

You can’t directly point additional domains to your existing one. However, you can set up domain forwarding to redirect visitors from your other domains to your main site. For help with setup, please contact our support team.

Yes, we have a professionally staffed design team that is ready to create a custom website from scratch or make any changes to your existing site. Our design charges vary from $10 - $12 per hour. SitePM is not for custom websites. We have another service called Smartwcm for custom websites. Please contact support for more details.

Yes! If you have an existing website our team would be happy to take care of migrating your sites on to a new SitePM managed website.

Yes, we offer content and logo creation services. We have expert content writers and designers in our team to do this. Our design charges vary from $10 - $12 per hour. Please contact support for more details.

Yes. Each plan includes 5% of its hours free to cover minor changes, updates, or additional small requests.

If you request design changes beyond your plan, additional charges will apply. However, we ensure your website remains updated and fully functional throughout.

To connect your website, you need a domain. You can register your domain via https://domains.sitepm.com (typically $15–$20 per year). Once the domain is ready, we handle all DNS settings and ensure your website is live. View details

SitePM handles all upgrades, updates, and maintenance of your website. You don’t need to worry about security patches or platform updates.

Yes. You can upgrade or adjust your plan anytime. Our team will manage the transition, ensuring your site remains fully operational.
